Robert Half Technology Recruitment for NetSuite Administrator
Robert Half Technology are assisting a UK market-leading sports media organisation in recruiting a NetSuite Administrator on an initial 3-month contract with hybrid working in London.
Role:
The NetSuite Administrator will:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Provide first and second-line support for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related queries.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Configure NetSuite records, forms, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom fields to meet business requirements.
- Support system enhancements by gathering business requirements, testing solutions, and coordinating deployments.
- Manage system releases, ensuring changes are documented, tested, approved, and deployed in line with change management procedures.
- Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new functionality and enhancements.
- Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, imports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications, identifying and resolving data or integration issues.
- Produce and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process documentation, release notes, and user manuals.
- Create reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Deliver user training and create training materials to maximise adoption and promote best practice.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and data management policies.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements to the NetSuite environment.

Profile:
The NetSuite Administrator will have:

- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Functional Support Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration, configuration, and system maintenance.
- Experience managing users, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, reports, workflows, and customisations.
- Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
- Experience with data imports, exports, data cleansing, and migration activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
