NetSuite Administrator | Cambridge, UK | Up to £80,000

A growing technology and product development business is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join its central IT function and play a key role in supporting its ERP platform.
The business works across a range of innovative technology and engineering projects, partnering with organisations across sectors including healthcare, life sciences, energy and communications. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you’ll have the support and training to develop your NetSuite expertise.
The Role
As a NetSuite Administrator, you’ll provide day-to-day support across the business, working with stakeholders in Finance, Accounts, Business Development, CRM, Marketing, Project Management and Senior Leadership.
You’ll be responsible for keeping the platform running effectively while developing your technical knowledge and taking on greater responsibility across systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer NetSuite users, roles and permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
- Support platform upgrades, patches and ongoing maintenance
- Provide guidance and training to NetSuite users across the business
- Create and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports
- Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with data and reporting teams to ensure accurate and reliable information
- Support the use and integration of wider business systems, including Power BI, Power Automate, HubSpot and Microsoft Planner
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in a business support environment, such as IT, Finance, Accounts or Business Administration, who is keen to develop their technical systems expertise.

You’ll ideally have:
- Experience supporting or administering NetSuite, or a strong understanding of ERP systems
- An understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets and CRM
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A willingness to learn and develop technically
- Good communication skills, with the ability to support users across different areas of a business
- An interest in process improvement and systems optimisation
