You get to own the problem, not just document it.

This is a seat at the table with an infrastructure asset management firm that has already implemented NetSuite and now needs someone to make it work harder. You are not here to rubber-stamp decisions. You are here to identify what is broken, what is inefficient, and what needs to change, then drive that through to a solution.

The team is genuinely good. They know their space, they move quickly, and they want someone who can match that energy and bring real NetSuite expertise alongside a sharp commercial mind. Infrastructure asset management is a fascinating world to work in, and the exposure you get here is broad.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Day to day you are working across the business to understand finance and operational processes, translating those into clear requirements, and getting hands-on with NetSuite configuration to move things forward. You are not waiting for someone else to fix it. You are the person who fixes it.

The problems are meaty and the visibility is high. Senior stakeholders will know your name and your work.

To thrive here, you bring strong business analysis skills and you genuinely know NetSuite inside out, including configuration. You have a finance or accountancy background that means you can hold your own in conversations about how the numbers work. You understand asset management, not necessarily infrastructure specifically, but the fundamentals of how these businesses operate.
