NetSuite Business Analyst | UK
A growing multi-subsidiary group is hiring a NetSuite Business Analyst to sit between the business and the platform, not just take tickets and configure.
This is a genuinely functional role. You'll work directly with Finance, Sales and Operations to understand how they actually work, challenge processes where needed, and turn that into clear NetSuite solutions. Real financial depth matters here, you'll need to be credible discussing accounting treatment with the finance team, not just the mechanics of a config change. The group grows through acquisition, so a big part of this role is bringing new entities onto NetSuite: mapping how they currently operate, migrating data, aligning to group structure and reporting, and retiring what they came with. If you've done that kind of onboarding before, it's a serious advantage.

Technically, this is intermediate, not developer level. You should be comfortable reading and amending straightforward SuiteScript, confident with saved searches and SuiteQL, and able to design and specify an integration even if someone else builds the complex parts.
What you'll own
- Financial process design across GL, AP, AR, bank rec, period close, multi-currency and multi-subsidiary
- Requirements gathering and functional specs that developers can actually build from
- Acquisition onboarding: entity setup, data migration, process harmonisation
- Reporting, dashboards and saved searches that the business genuinely uses
- UAT, release impact assessment and functional support

What you'll bring
- 4 to 7 years as a business analyst, systems analyst or functional consultant, at least 3 focused on NetSuite
- Strong NetSuite financials knowledge and confidence talking accounting with Finance
- Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay experience end to end
- Working SuiteScript, SuiteQL, RESTlets/SuiteTalk understanding
- Multi-subsidiary experience, ideally including acquired-entity integration
NetSuite certifications, deeper SuiteScript development or M&A finance experience are all a bonus, not a requirement.
