About the Role
At NoBlue2, we measure success by the value our customers realise, not simply by the projects we deliver. As a Customer Success Manager, you will help customers continuously maximise the return on their NetSuite investment by identifying opportunities to improve business performance, increase automation, reduce operational friction, and unlock new capabilities that support their strategic objectives.
Working alongside the Account Management team, you will become a strategic adviser who understands each customer’s business, measures customer health, identifies commercial and operational opportunities, reduces churn risk, and develops multi-year optimisation roadmaps. You will combine commercial acumen, business consulting expertise, NetSuite knowledge, and AI-enabled ways of working to help customers continually evolve their ERP landscape while creating sustainable growth opportunities for NoBlue2.
What Good Looks Like
- Each strategic customer has an active, regularly reviewed Customer Value Roadmap aligned to its business goals.
- Customer Health Scores improve over time, with risks identified early and proactive interventions agreed.
- Optimisation opportunities are prioritised by business impact, complexity, and expected return on investment.
- Customers can see measurable business value from recommendations, including stronger adoption, productivity, reporting, and automation.
- Account Managers have clear insight to support quarterly business reviews, renewals, and strategic account planning.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain customer-specific optimisation roadmaps aligned to business goals and evolving priorities.
- Prioritise quick wins and longer-term transformation initiatives based on business impact, complexity, and return on investment.
- Align roadmaps with NetSuite product releases and review progress regularly with customers.
- Partner with Account Managers so roadmaps inform quarterly business reviews, renewal discussions, and strategic account planning.
- Deliver customer health checks that identify system inefficiencies, underused functionality, and opportunities to add value across the customer’s product stack.
- Diagnose inefficiencies across finance and operational processes and identify opportunities to automate manual activity.
- Recommend improvements to reporting, visibility, decision-making, user adoption, and the use of NetSuite functionality.
- Identify commercial opportunities where additional services or solutions will create measurable business value.
- Quantify the expected business impact and return on investment of recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Customer Health Scores across the managed portfolio, monitoring engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and realised value.
- Identify leading indicators of churn or declining engagement and recommend proactive interventions.
- Track roadmap progress and value delivered, sharing clear insight with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on relevant industry trends and the changes customers should consider.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
