About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite applications to support business operations and enhance system functionality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, and SuiteFlow. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, and SuiteFlow. A solid technical background with a good understanding of ERP systems, scripting languages, and integration techniques is essential. Experience in customer service and IT support will be highly advantageous, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy agency environment are crucial. Desirable qualifications include PHP development experience, which will be considered a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, and SuiteFlow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing NetSuite applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with system issues and enhancements.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new modules and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical processes and solutions to facilitate ongoing support and future development efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
