About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization remotely within the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking technology team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the company’s critical ERP platform. As a NetSuite Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizations and integrations within the NetSuite environment to support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of business processes, enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and functionalities.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0/2.1) for customization and automation.
- Experience with building integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in NetSuite development or administration are a plus.
- BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations within NetSuite, leveraging SuiteScript to tailor the platform to business needs.
- Create and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop and optimize custom workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to enhance user experience and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing enhancements to ensure the platform remains current and secure.
- Document technical specifications, development standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of solutions.
- Work with internal teams to monitor system performance, scalability, and security, implementing improvements as needed.
