About The Company

Zenith Advisory Partners is a leading consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions and strategic advisory services to mid-market enterprises. With a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and scalable platform architecture, Zenith Advisory Partners empowers organizations to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth. Our team of experienced professionals combines industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, Zenith Advisory Partners values continuous learning, innovation, and integrity in all our endeavors.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Platform Architect to join our enterprise systems team at Zenith Advisory Partners. This pivotal role involves providing high-level technical leadership and strategic oversight for our ERP platform and ecosystem integrations. As the primary technical authority, you will oversee platform architecture, lead complex integration projects, and ensure the highest standards of code quality and system performance. This role operates as a principal individual contributor, focusing exclusively on technical excellence, platform strategy, and innovation. You will work closely with operational IT management to expand and optimize our ERP capabilities, ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and future scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, extensive experience with ERP systems, and a passion for mentoring and guiding technical teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a strategic mindset. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Extensive, production-proven experience developing complex scripts and custom extensions within a major mid-market ERP ecosystem, ideally 4+ years.
  • Expertise with modern Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, especially in enterprise-scale data transformations, error management, and flow orchestration.
  • Proven experience in an architectural role, overseeing platform design, defining standards, and guiding technical direction rather than just executing build tasks.
  • Deep understanding of core ERP relational data models, governance limits, custom record design, and query optimization techniques.
  • Previous experience as a lead or principal developer, responsible for technical reviews, team mentorship, and skill development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, web development, and automation scripting, with a willingness to deepen core ERP platform knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
