We are currently partnering exclusively with a fast-growing retail business to find an experienced NetSuite Developer to join their expanding internal systems team.
This is a fully remote, permanent position offering real ownership of the NetSuite development function within a business that is scaling rapidly across D2C, B2B, and eCommerce channels.
The Role
You will be the go-to NetSuite Developer within the business, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining SuiteScript customisations, owning the Celigo integration layer, and ensuring the platform keeps pace with the demands of a growing retail operation. This is a hands-on role with genuine autonomy and direct commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customisations across User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, and RESTlet script types.
- Own and manage the Celigo integration ecosystem, building new flows, maintaining existing integrations, and troubleshooting failures quickly and independently.
- Support and enhance eCommerce integrations connecting NetSuite to platforms such as Shopify or Magento, ensuring clean, automated data flow across order management, inventory, and fulfilment.
- Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, custom records, and dashboards across Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
- Manage deployments across sandbox, release preview, and production environments with version control discipline throughout.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
