About Corston
At Corston, we create beautifully considered architectural details for homes and commercial spaces. As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist to help us maximise the value of our ERP platform and support the ongoing development of our finance systems landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to become a key subject matter expert within the business, working closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements and support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert
- Support and develop NetSuite across the business
- Review and improve existing system processes and workflows
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards
- Support month-end and year-end finance processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver practical solutions
- Support testing, upgrades and system improvements
- Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems
- Create user documentation and provide training where required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
- Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
- Experience supporting finance teams through ERP systems
- A good understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and saved searches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and practical approach to continuous improvement

Desirable Experience
- NetSuite Administrator experience
- NetSuite Consultant experience
- Finance Systems Analyst experience
- ERP implementation or optimisation projects
- Manufacturing, retail, distribution or multi-entity environments
- Experience working closely with Finance teams
