NetSuite Functional Consultant – Remote/Hybrid (UK) – £50,000–£60,000
About the business
A UK-based NetSuite partner delivering consultancy, implementation and support services to clients across a range of industries.
The opportunity
A NetSuite Consultant is sought to join an established consultancy team, taking ownership of client engagements from initial scoping through to go-live and beyond. The role suits someone with practical, hands-on NetSuite knowledge who can work confidently with clients, translate their requirements into a working system, and see projects through to a successful outcome.
What you'll be doing
- Managing NetSuite engagements end to end, including requirements gathering, current-state process review, system build, data migration, training and post-launch support
- Analysing how a client's business operates and translating that into an effective NetSuite configuration
- Working across the platform's core functional areas, including financials, CRM, order management, inventory and manufacturing
- Designing and delivering training so end users can operate the system with confidence
- Providing troubleshooting and ongoing support once a system is live
- Working alongside technical colleagues to ensure NetSuite integrates cleanly with other business systems
- Keeping up to date with new NetSuite functionality and releases
- Supporting early-stage client conversations, including system demonstrations and input into proposals

What you'll bring
- Solid, hands-on NetSuite experience across core functional areas, with the ability to configure the system to meet business needs
- A good understanding of core business processes and how to reflect them within NetSuite
- Experience delivering a NetSuite implementation from start to finish
- Comfort with data migration, including cleansing and validating data
- A working knowledge of the more technical side of NetSuite, sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Some exposure to AI tools in a business or software context
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
