NetSuite Consultant - Remote/Hybrid - Once a month in office (UK) - 50k-60k

An established UK Oracle NetSuite Solution Partner with more than 1000 active customers worldwide. The company provides NetSuite consultancy, development, support and training. It is a culture-led organisation with strong staff retention and a genuinely close-knit team feel.

Role overview

An experienced and motivated NetSuite Consultant is required to join a growing consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of NetSuite and a proven track record of implementing and optimising NetSuite solutions across varied business needs. This role manages and executes NetSuite implementations end to end, provides expert guidance to clients, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, user training and post-implementation support
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate client requirements into effective NetSuite solutions
  • Configure NetSuite modules including but not limited to Financials (GL, AP, AR), CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Advanced Revenue Recognition
  • Develop and deliver customised training programmes for end users
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing NetSuite implementations
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other systems
  • Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite releases, features and best practices
  • Contribute to internal methodologies and best practices for NetSuite implementations
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development

Essential skills and experience

  • Solid NetSuite expertise across modules (Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing) and their interdependencies, with the ability to configure and customise to meet business needs
  • Strong business process acumen (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) and the ability to map these within NetSuite
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience leading full lifecycle implementations from requirements through to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Proficiency in data migration, cleansing and validation, with an understanding of data integration concepts and tools
  • Technical appreciation of SuiteScript, APIs and other technical aspects of NetSuite, sufficient for effective collaboration with technical teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of NetSuite AI tools with practical experience applying them in a business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Multiple NetSuite certifications (e.g. SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, Financial User)
  • Degree-level accountancy qualification or certification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA)

Remote working, with occasional in-office attendance for team and operational purposes.
