About the Role

Join our Consulting team and play a leading role in delivering high-quality Oracle NetSuite solutions for ambitious mid-market, high-growth, and private equity-backed organisations. You'll lead functional workstreams that help clients transform the way they run their finance and operations combining deep NetSuite expertise with genuine consulting skills to turn complex business challenges into scalable, practical solutions.

This is a role with real variety: you could be shaping a new implementation, optimising an existing platform, driving a rollout, or stepping in to recover a project. Alongside client delivery, you'll help grow our practice coaching talented consultants, building reusable tools and methods, and contributing to new opportunities.

You'll work within a collaborative "one-team" model, partnering closely with colleagues across our UK and Cairo delivery teams. If you enjoy building trusted client relationships, taking ownership of delivery, and helping others develop in a growing team where our propositions are still evolving, this is a place where you can make a real impact.

We offer a hybrid working model, with travel to client sites and offices based on project needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
