About the Role

Our client, a leading international NetSuite Partner, is looking for an experienced Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a senior consulting position focused on delivering complex NetSuite solutions across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS).

You will work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, design best-practice solutions and lead projects through implementation, testing and go-live.

The role also has a strong pre-sales and solution consulting element, giving you the opportunity to support new business through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, scoping and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Consulting & Delivery

  • Lead client workshops to understand and document business requirements across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Fulfilment and WMS.
  • Design scalable, best-practice NetSuite solutions aligned to client business processes.
  • Configure and optimise NetSuite functionality across Manufacturing, WMS, Inventory and related modules.
  • Lead functional workstreams throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Support solution design, process mapping, testing, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimise existing NetSuite environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on their NetSuite roadmap and wider business processes.
  • Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure functional requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from initial discovery through to proposal and contract.
  • Lead and deliver tailored NetSuite demonstrations, particularly around Manufacturing, Supply Chain and WMS.
  • Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with prospective clients.
  • Develop solution approaches and contribute to Statements of Work, RFPs and proposals.
  • Identify client requirements and translate them into compelling NetSuite solutions.
  • Support the development of new propositions and contribute to the Partner's wider market positioning.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, ideally within a NetSuite Partner environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience across NetSuite Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, WMS and Inventory Management.
  • Excellent understanding of Supply Chain, procurement, production, fulfilment, warehousing and logistics processes.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous pre-sales experience, including demonstrations, discovery, solution design and scoping.
  • Ability to confidently lead workshops and challenge clients where appropriate to deliver the best solution.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to winning new business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) is desirable but not essential.
