About The Role
Greenfield IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join a growing organization on a remote/hybrid basis within the UK. As the NetSuite lead, you will be responsible for managing the platform end-to-end, ensuring it supports and enhances the company’s financial and operational processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence how the platform scales, modernizes, and adapts to the evolving needs of a maturing finance function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for system improvement, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration across various business functions.

Qualifications
- At least three years of experience working with financial systems, particularly within the GL, AP, and AR modules.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite, including configuration, customization, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Experience with multiple NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and Projects is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of integration techniques, including APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Strong expertise in role-based security, workflows, and system governance.
- Certifications such as SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Own, configure, and enhance NetSuite functionalities including workflows, scripts, roles, and reporting to meet business needs.
- Drive strong governance practices by designing roles, conducting audit tasks, and ensuring secure access controls.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial planning and analysis modules.
- Continuously improve processes, controls, and user experience to maximize system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Provide daily support to users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Manage integrations with banking systems, planning tools, and other core business applications to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automation initiatives to optimize platform performance and functionality.
