NetSuite Support Consultant
We're currently supporting an end user organisation seeking an experienced NetSuite Support Consultant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a business-as-usual support role and will suit an individual with a proven background in NetSuite support, administration, and user assistance within a live NetSuite environment.
This position is for a Support Consultant, not a Functional Consultant happy to do support work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line NetSuite support to end users
- Managing and resolving support tickets
- Troubleshooting system issues and user queries
- Delivering user training and guidance
- Supporting business processes and system optimisation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective use of NetSuite

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a dedicated NetSuite Support Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, Application Support Analyst or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite users in a BAU environment
- Experience across:
- P2P
- O2C
- R2R
- FAM
- Inventory Management
- SuiteProjects
- Comfortable managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to Celigo integrations
- Experience supporting multi-functional business users across Finance, Operations and Projects
