NetSuite Systems Specialist
Location: Leeds
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, moving to hybrid following probation
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
The Opportunity
An established and growing organisation is looking for an experienced NetSuite ERP Systems Specialist to join its technology function during a significant period of growth and transformation.
The business is embarking on an ambitious five-year M&A programme, with multiple potential acquisitions planned. Each acquisition will introduce different systems, applications and processes that need to be understood, integrated and potentially consolidated into the wider organisation.
You'll take hands-on ownership of NetSuite, working closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Procurement and Operations to understand their requirements and ensure the ERP environment supports the needs of the business.
This isn't a traditional NetSuite support role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how systems are integrated and consolidated as the organisation continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure and improve NetSuite in line with business requirements.
- Work directly with key business functions to understand processes and system needs.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate ERP and system changes.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams throughout change projects.
- Understand how NetSuite interacts with other applications and systems.
- Support systems discovery across newly acquired businesses.
- Assess applications, integrations and system dependencies.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate systems and retire legacy applications.
- Support system integration, transition and decommissioning activities.
- Help develop a consistent approach to systems consolidation across future acquisitions.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing ERP processes and functionality.

What We're Looking For
- Strong NetSuite experience.
- Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Understanding of systems integrations and application dependencies.
- Experience working alongside Business Analysts and technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise across multiple projects and competing requirements.

Experience within manufacturing or distribution would be advantageous, as would previous exposure to M&A, business integrations, systems consolidation or application decommissioning.
