Location: Hybrid – London (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Job Type: Permanent

We're partnering with an established and growing retail business to recruit a NetSuite Technology Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company's NetSuite environment while leading technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

The Role

As the NetSuite Technology Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and strategic development of the NetSuite ERP platform. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Retail and IT to improve business processes, deliver system enhancements and lead technology projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the administration and ongoing optimisation of the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • Ensure system performance, stability and security across the business.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows and system configuration.
  • Design, test and deploy NetSuite enhancements and customisations.
  • Monitor data integrity and maintain high standards of system governance.
  • Lead ERP upgrades and coordinate system releases with minimal business disruption.
  • Manage third-party integrations and work closely with external technology partners.
  • Deliver business-critical IT projects, including software rollouts and system improvements.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Produce reporting and dashboards to support informed business decision-making.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the technology landscape.

  • Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite ERP.
  • Excellent knowledge of NetSuite configuration, reporting, workflows and user management.
  • Experience delivering ERP projects and business systems improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations and external software vendors.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience

  • Retail, eCommerce or multi-site business experience.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite customisation and scripting.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
  • Exposure to planning, budgeting or integrated business systems.
