NetSuite Technical Lead - c£80,000
Anderson Frank are working with a growing technology consultancy that's building out its NetSuite practice and looking for a NetSuite Technical Lead.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys owning projects from initial discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support. You'll be the technical lead on implementations, working closely with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions and deliver successful NetSuite projects.
This isn't a support or administration role. We're looking for someone who can combine strong NetSuite technical knowledge with excellent client-facing communication and take ownership of delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading NetSuite implementations from discovery, workshops and solution design through to configuration, testing, cutover and go-live.
- Acting as the technical lead, translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions using best practice.
- Configuring workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, reports and custom records while knowing when custom development is required.
- Working closely with clients to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and produce high-quality project documentation.
- Managing integrations, data migration, UAT, training and hyper care activities.
- Supporting pre-sales by contributing to solution design, implementation estimates and NetSuite module selection.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
