This role presents an opportunity to be part of a large, high-performing team, working at pace to lead and accelerate Carlsberg’s and William Grant & Sons (spirit brand) ongoing media transformation initiatives and driving global media excellence across our markets.

Operational support on priority global projects:

  • Act as the operational backbone for key Carlsberg & WGS projects such as Sufficiency and Attention based planning. Supporting senior colleagues to ensure that frameworks are embedded within local markets
  • Collate best practise case studies of these workstreams from local markets and ensure that learnings are embedded into media plans, response to briefs, PCAs and reporting
  • Support and deliver against key projects in the WGS scope, including Total Social, Thought Leadership projects, the 1PD workstream, Local market data collection, Measurement and more

Account Management:

  • Respond to network and clients in a timely and accurate manner

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
