About the Position
We are looking for a Network Analyst who can provide support as our team builds automation and DevOps-driven solutions – encouraging creativity in leveraging AI wherever possible.
Our global network infrastructure underpins a variety of traffic profiles, from fast-paced trading to broader internet connectivity. You’ll partner with our senior engineers and developers across the firm to enhance existing workflows, streamline processes, and ensure that our network remains stable, secure, and adaptable.
We seek candidates who enjoy solving complex problems and want to develop expertise in both operations and creative infrastructure engineering. A typical day in this role includes:
- Providing hands-on support to diagnose and resolve network issues across LAN, WAN, and colocation environments
- Working with project managers on site expansions, new market data feeds, and connections to third-party services
- Maintaining and improving our monitoring and alert systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, AI integration, and DevOps practices
- Using scripting or development tools to reduce manual tasks, enhance network visibility, and explore innovative AI-driven solutions

This position is an exciting chance to be directly mentored by experienced network engineers with cutting-edge hardware, protocols, and DevOps tools. Your daily support will have a direct impact on our operational excellence, and your contributions to automation, AI integration, and tooling will define the future of our network.
About You
- Experienced with operating and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks
- Familiar with common routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM)
- Able to debug transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
- Comfortable in Linux environments and have some programming or scripting knowledge
- Enthusiastic about automation (for instance, using Python or similar tools) to simplify network operations, and open to AI-powered optimisations
- Eager to learn and adapt, creative, and open to feedback
- Strong communicator; ready to interface with global teams and internal stakeholders
- Organised and flexible, able to balance day-to-day support with longer-term projects
- Have a collaborative spirit and thrive in a hands-on, team-driven environment
- Fluent in English
- Having knowledge or hands-on experience with overlay networks such as EVPN or VxLAN is a plus
