As a Network Analyst at Veriflo, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects. Drawing on your experience in project support or a similar role, you will be responsible for preparing job packs, coordinating and scheduling activities, and working closely with field-based, operational and technical teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will regularly engage with colleagues, clients and key stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of clean water networks. Using GIS mapping tools, you will compile accurate asset investigation packs to support operational activities and project delivery.

What you will do
- You will need a strong understanding of the M25 and surrounding areas, you will use GIS mapping, network schematics and Street View to prepare accurate and detailed work packs for field investigations.
- Act as the main point of contact for Field Teams, responding to queries and working closely with technical and operational leads to prioritise workloads and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and raise Stage 1 and Stage 2 permits to work, with guidance from Network Engineers and Project Managers.
- Coordinate site access and traffic management arrangements, liaising with internal teams, local authorities, clients and external stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule field activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively based on technician locations, availability and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, maintaining accurate documentation, audits, shut packs and operational records.
- Identify and resolve survey-related issues, ensuring company systems and project trackers are kept accurate and up to date.

Who you are
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project support, coordination or similar role, with an understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams, as well as virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare, coordinate and communicate clear, detailed work plans, with a good understanding of project logistics and operational requirements.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
