Role Overview

The NOC Analyst is responsible for proactively monitoring, managing, and supporting customer network and infrastructure environments to ensure maximum availability, performance, and operational stability.

The role provides first-line operational support across network, server, cloud, and security platforms, responding to alerts, incidents, and service events in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.

What will you be doing?

  • Serving as primary support of network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services.
  • Assessing the source of the problem, severity justification, performing basic checks, and engaging the responsible team if needed.
  • Basic technical overview of all supported technologies and vendors (Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, etc.).
  • Network elements monitoring, fault identification, and management.
  • Log remote access incidents and escalate.
  • Provide monitoring metrics and incident data.

What will you be doing?

  • Previous experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC), Service Desk, or IT infrastructure support environment.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting platforms such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Logic Monitor, Zabbix, or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
