Job Purpose
The Network Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development, onboarding and operational readiness of Zeekr's retail network. Working closely with dealer partners and internal stakeholders, the role is responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining network development plans, monitoring project progress and supporting the successful launch of new retail locations.
Reporting into the Network Development function, the role provides administrative, analytical and operational support across network development initiatives, ensuring dealer partners are equipped with the tools, systems, training and information required to operate effectively and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Dealer Onboarding & Network Development: Support the onboarding, launch and development of new dealer partners, ensuring activities, milestones and timelines are effectively managed.
- Dealer Operational Readiness: Ensure dealers meet all operational, facility, staffing, training, system and compliance requirements before launch.
- Production Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates on network development projects.
- Dealer Systems Integration & Operational Support: Coordinate dealer system implementation and provide operational support to ensure all required systems are fully functional at launch.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate dealer training programmes, ensuring personnel complete all mandatory training and certification requirements.
- Network Performance Support & Reporting: Monitor dealer network performance, maintain reporting tools and support the identification and resolution of performance issues.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Maintain and analyse dealer and network data, producing reports and insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with dealers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication throughout onboarding and network development.
- Compliance, Documentation & Process Improvement: Ensure dealer compliance, maintain accurate documentation and identify opportunities to improve network development and onboarding processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant project management or business analysis qualifications would be advantageous.
