Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Production Engineer to join a team responsible for designing, provisioning, deploying, and scaling one of the world's largest and most complex network infrastructures. In this role, you will design and develop automation, tooling, and testing frameworks that enable the seamless integration of next-generation routing, switching, and optical platforms into production.

Working alongside highly skilled engineers, you will build production-grade software, AI-powered automation, and scalable systems that support a global network serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation, tools, and workflows for network provisioning, deployment, and platform integration.
  • Build AI-powered end-to-end test automation frameworks for validating switches, routers, optical devices, and network software.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous qualification and deployment.
  • Develop automation for platform provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across network infrastructure, hardware, software, and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to qualify new platforms and support production rollouts.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance automation, software development, and engineering productivity.
  • Support the deployment, maintenance, and scaling of large-scale network infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
