Netmore UK is an IoT operator that develops a comprehensive solution for cities, industries, properties, and homes. Together with our partners, we build a safe and sustainable ecosystem for the Internet of Things, locally, nationally, and globally.
We are seeking a highly motivated Network Development Executive to join our Network Delivery team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the expansion and optimization of our IoT network infrastructure.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and personable Network Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects, converting inbound leads into signed agreements and proactively generating new opportunities in your allocated area.
You'll manage the full process — from the moment a lead lands in our CRM, through to a fully executed agreement ready for scheduling. This is a fast-paced role suited to a confident communicator.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and calling inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns (digital and direct mail) via HubSpot
- Making outbound calls to local businesses to generate new opportunities and drive referral schemes within your allocated area
- Guiding potential prospects through the agreement, explaining terms clearly and confidently answering technical questions
- Identifying and assessing prospects using desktop research and asking the right questions to confirm suitability
- Vetting prospects to ensure they meet the requirements to take part in the scheme
- Managing the end-to-end process: lead → call → contract sent → contract talked through with the prospect → signed agreement returned → handed off to the scheduling team
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot throughout the sales cycle

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound calling
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system
- A track record of hitting and exceeding clear KPIs and targets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and accurately over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when assessing prospects
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment
