You will join Amaris Consulting within our technology consulting scope, supporting one of our key clients in the agricultural technology sector. As a Network Engineer, the role will focus on ensuring the operational health, stability, and performance of complex network environments while providing hands-on technical support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across international infrastructures.

Your Missions

  • Provide triage, analysis, and resolution of network incidents across complex international environments.
  • Manage incidents end-to-end, involving additional technical resources when required to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as major incident manager when the business impact requires structured coordination and escalation.
  • Troubleshoot and configure networking equipment, including Cisco, Meraki, and other relevant technologies.
  • Use network management systems to identify issues, assess impact, and support accurate diagnosis.
  • Collect packet captures and perform initial analysis to support incident investigation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with local contacts, service providers, and technical teams to resolve connectivity, hardware, and service issues.
  • Support DNS and DHCP requests, CMDB updates, internal knowledge base maintenance, and network changes defined by design and planning teams.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on troubleshooting and configuration within large multinational corporate networks using diverse technologies and vendors.
  • Experience working directly with Cisco IOS, Meraki Dashboard, WLAN technologies, and network implementation or refresh projects.
  • Knowledge of Cisco NSO, SAE, UCS, ISE, DUO, VMware, and network management tools such as Nagios, SevOne, LiveNX, SolarWinds, NetScout, ServiceNow, or Meraki Dashboard is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and functions, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN, IPAM, SDN, ACL, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSI Model, NetFlow, and TACACS.
  • Familiarity with syslogs, SNMP traps, device polling, NetFlow, and other network management functions.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles, including event, incident, problem, and change management.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate certification or comparable certification is required; equivalent proven professional experience may also be considered.
  • English fluent.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences under time constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support remote troubleshooting with clients and site contacts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
