About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Network Engineers to join our comprehensive training program designed to prepare candidates for a successful career in networking. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to developing practical skills through our structured curriculum. As a participant in our program, you will engage in extensive live online training sessions, obtain multiple industry certifications, and work on real-world projects that simulate actual job scenarios. Upon successful completion of the course, we will connect you with our partner companies to facilitate your transition into the IT industry, ensuring you are ready to contribute effectively from day one.

Qualifications
No prior industry experience is required to enroll in our Network Engineer course. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, or those seeking to upskill. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive attitude. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a genuine interest in networking and a willingness to learn are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate good problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in team environments. Our program is designed to be accessible to all, regardless of previous studies or work history.
Responsibilities
As a participant in the Network Engineer training program, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively engaging in all scheduled live instructor-led sessions
- Completing coursework and practical assignments diligently
- Participating in hands-on project work to reinforce learning
- Preparing for and passing four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA (with an exam resit included)
- Applying your knowledge to real-world scenarios
- Collaborating effectively with peers and instructors
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning
Post-training, your responsibilities will extend to leveraging the connections made during the program to secure employment opportunities within our partner organizations.
