Are you passionate about networking, telecoms, and infrastructure? Help support the critical networks that keep the UK connected.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and support complex network and telecom systems
  • Respond to incidents and service outages
  • Configure and upgrade Cisco-based network infrastructure
  • Work with Linux systems, monitoring tools, and fibre networks
  • Support installations, testing, and project delivery
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams

We're Looking For:

  • Relevant higher education or professional qualification
  • Experience with Cisco routers and Linux
  • Knowledge of digital communications, fibre optics, and data networks
  • Exposure to tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, vROPS, vRNI, Log Insight, and ServiceNow is desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility to obtain UK SC Clearance
