Summary:
A stealth team (HFT) is hiring for their Cloud & Performance Networking group and this one's a rare mix of architecture and hands-on build.
You'd be working on some of the fastest wireless network infrastructure in the industry, the kind of ultra-low-latency links that give trading firms their edge measured in microseconds. This isn't a "keep the lights on" networking role. It's designing and building the systems, not just administering them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What makes this one stand out:
- Fully remote - work from anywhere, plugged into a small, high-impact team rather than a large distributed org.
- Deep technical bar - this is for someone who can architect network infrastructure and write production code (Python/Go), not choose one or the other.
- Ground floor on cutting-edge performance networking - cloud-native infra meets extreme low-latency wireless, at a firm operating at the very top of the industry.
