Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Regular tasks include:

The role also entails collaborating with team members to support client systems and improve overall IT infrastructure performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in network architecture, network troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network services
- Proficiency in configuring and managing networking hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls, and data protection measures
- Foundational knowledge of system software, server configuration, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track and optimize network performance
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is advantageous
- Previous experience in an on-site IT support or a similar technical role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while prioritizing tasks and troubleshooting complex technical problems
