Role Summary
The Network Administrator will provide L2/L3 support for client network services across campus, branch, access, wireless, load balancing and secure connectivity technologies. The role is aligned to EBRD network components including Cisco SDA/Catalyst Center, Cisco access infrastructure, Cisco ISE, Meraki LAN, Citrix NetScaler ADC and Palo Alto SASE/SWG interface points.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support client LAN/WAN, switching, routing, access, wireless and network service components.
- Support Cisco SDA/Catalyst Center, Cisco access switching and access point operations including monitoring, lifecycle and troubleshooting interface points.
- Support Cisco ISE related network access control troubleshooting and coordination with identity and endpoint teams.
- Support Meraki LAN devices and Meraki Dashboard operations for switch, access point, configuration, policy and health visibility.
- Administer Citrix NetScaler ADC load balancing operations, including L4-L7 load balancing, SSL offload, GSLB, health checks and NetScaler Console monitoring.
- Coordinate Palo Alto SASE/SWG or Prisma SD-WAN related connectivity issues with security and network teams.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, packet loss, latency, load balancing and application access issues.
- Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, change evidence, operational runbooks and knowledge articles.

- Cisco switching, routing and wireless fundamentals
- Cisco Catalyst Center / SDA operational awareness
- Cisco ISE operational awareness
- Meraki Dashboard and cloud-managed LAN awareness
- Citrix NetScaler ADC / load balancing experience
- TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP and NTP concepts
- Network monitoring, troubleshooting and ITIL change/incident management
Preferred Skills
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- Citrix NetScaler certification or equivalent experience
- Meraki or Cisco SDA operational experience
- Palo Alto SASE/SWG or Prisma SD-WAN awareness
- Python or Ansible automation experience
