About The Role

Qualifications

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who demonstrate a strong passion for technology and excellent communication skills. No prior industry experience, formal qualifications, or technical knowledge is necessary. Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the soft skills required to succeed in a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in IT or networking is not mandatory; our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with all the necessary skills and certifications. A genuine interest in technology, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to completing the program are essential qualities we seek in applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in over 100 hours of live instructor-led online training sessions covering networking fundamentals, security, cloud computing, and more.
  • Prepare for and obtain four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resits.
  • Engage in real-world project work to develop practical skills and apply theoretical knowledge in simulated environments.
  • Collaborate with instructors and peers to enhance learning outcomes and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Complete all coursework, assessments, and certification exams within the program duration.
  • Leverage our network of partner companies to secure employment opportunities upon program completion.
  • Maintain a proactive learning attitude and demonstrate soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving throughout the training.
