About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Network Engineer career programme. This role is ideal for aspiring networking professionals eager to develop their technical skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and secure employment within the IT sector. As a student in this programme, you will participate in intensive instructor-led online training sessions, engage in hands-on project work, and prepare for multiple certification exams including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA. Upon successful completion, you will be supported through our network of partner companies to facilitate your transition into a professional networking role. This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive pathway from beginner to employed networking specialist, regardless of your prior experience or educational background.

Qualifications

There are no strict prerequisites for enrolling in this programme; however, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in IT or networking is not required. We value soft skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning. Candidates should be committed to dedicating time and effort to the coursework and practical exercises. A basic understanding of computers and networking concepts can be beneficial but is not mandatory, as our training is designed to accommodate complete beginners and those seeking to enhance their existing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in live instructor-led online training sessions, engaging with course material and instructors to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Complete all coursework, practical exercises, and real-world project work designed to simulate industry scenarios.
  • Prepare for and pass industry-recognized certification exams, including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA.
  • Apply newly acquired technical skills to real-world projects, demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Collaborate with peers and instructors to foster a supportive learning environment and share knowledge effectively.
  • Leverage our network of partner companies and resources to secure employment opportunities within the IT and networking sectors upon course completion.
