About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Network Engineer trainee to join our dynamic training program. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in networking technologies and prepare for a professional career in IT infrastructure. As part of the program, you will undergo intensive instructor-led online training, gain industry-recognized certifications, and work on real-world projects to ensure you are job-ready upon completion. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to connect with our partner companies for employment placement, making this an excellent pathway into the IT industry without requiring prior experience.

Qualifications

There are no strict prerequisites for this program, making it accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds. However, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn. A basic understanding of computer systems and a keen interest in networking concepts will be advantageous. Previous experience in IT or related fields is not mandatory, as the program is designed to equip beginners with all necessary skills. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm, soft skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and career development.

Responsibilities

Throughout the training program, participants will be responsible for actively engaging in all learning modules, completing assignments, and participating in live instructor-led sessions. They will work on real-world projects that simulate industry scenarios, fostering practical skills in network configuration, troubleshooting, security protocols, and cloud services. Additionally, trainees will prepare for four industry-standard certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resits. Post-training, participants are expected to leverage the skills acquired to secure employment within the IT networking sector, with support from our career placement team.
