About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Network Engineer trainee to join our dynamic training program. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in networking and IT infrastructure. As a participant in our program, you will undergo intensive instructor-led online training, earn multiple globally recognized certifications, and work on real-world projects that simulate industry scenarios. Qualifications

No prior industry experience is required to apply for this program. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, or individuals seeking to upskill. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive attitude towards learning. Basic computer literacy and a genuine interest in networking and IT infrastructure are advantageous. Our program is designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge, providing foundational training to ensure everyone can succeed and progress in their networking career.

Responsibilities

As a Network Engineer trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating actively in all training sessions
  • Completing coursework and assignments diligently
  • Applying learned skills through practical projects
  • Working closely with instructors and industry mentors to develop a comprehensive understanding of networking principles, protocols, and security measures
  • Preparing for and passing four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resits
  • Engaging with partner companies to explore employment opportunities within the IT sector
