We're Hiring: Network Engineer 🌐
📍 Belfast (Hybrid) | 💰 £55,000 - 65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Join a collaborative Infrastructure Services team at the forefront of network and cloud innovation. We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to help design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, cutting-edge on-premise and Azure-based infrastructure.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Planning cloud architecture aligned to security frameworks (CIS, ISO27001)
- Managing cloud network security, documentation, and Zero Trust principles
- Overseeing vulnerability management and remediation
- Configuring and troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing (F5 or equivalent)
- Advanced technical support, including server edge connectivity issues
- Proactive monitoring for reliability, performance, and availability
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure, backups, and BCDR
- Contributing to automation and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AKS, Azure Functions)

What we're looking for:

- Several years' experience in a similar Infrastructure/Network role
- Solid ITIL understanding (certification desirable)
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently and under pressure
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work and travel to other offices
