About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Sysco. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of logistics and inventory management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with procurement, distribution, and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance our supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management software is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with distribution centers to streamline logistics and transportation processes
- Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance
- Assist in the implementation of new supply chain initiatives and technology solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
