We require a dispatch engineer to support a network switch outage at the site.
Scope of Work:
- Provide console access to the remote network team.
- Assist the network team with onsite troubleshooting and recovery activities.
- Perform any onsite actions as instructed by the remote team.
- Support validation checks after service restoration.

- Classic Cisco RS-232 Blue Console cable (DB9 -to-RJ45 connectors) + USB to RS232 (DB9 connector) adapter with the necessary drivers for the adapter installed in the laptop.
- UTP (Rj45-to-Rj45 connectors) ethernet cable
- Apps:

- Webex app
- PuTTY
- (maybe TeamViewer and AnyDesk apps) installed.
