Job type: Fixed term employment

Location: Oxford, UK - 5 days/week

Note: No sponsorship available

Must have:

  • Cisco DNAC
  • Cisco ISE
  • OT networks

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, STP/RSTP, Trunking, EtherChannel, OSPF, EIGRP, and basic BGP.
  • Perform switch port configuration, VLAN assignments, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Support network device installation, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Support Cisco Wireless, WLC 9800, and enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Provide operational support for Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices.
  • Assist with SD-WAN monitoring and incident resolution.
  • Support Palo Alto and Cisco firewall environments, including connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Support Cisco ISE/NAC, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and access-control issues.
  • Monitor network infrastructure using Zabbix and other monitoring tools.
  • Perform L1 troubleshooting and resolve P2–P4 incidents within SLA.
  • Manage service requests, incidents, escalations, and ticket documentation.
  • Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 teams with proper diagnostic details.
