About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Network Engineer career program. Qualifications

No prior industry experience is required to enroll in this program. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with no previous technical knowledge or work experience. The key qualities we look for include strong communication skills, passion for technology, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in developing their networking expertise. Educational qualifications are flexible; previous studies or work history do not disqualify applicants, provided they possess the soft skills necessary for success in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in live instructor-led online training sessions covering core networking concepts and industry best practices.
  • Study and prepare for four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, including exam resits if necessary.
  • Engage in practical, real-world project work designed to simulate actual job tasks and challenges faced by network engineers.
  • Collaborate with peers and instructors to enhance learning and problem-solving skills.
  • Complete all coursework, certifications, and project requirements within the program timeline.
  • Leverage the support of our career services team to prepare for job applications, interviews, and networking within the industry.
  • Upon graduation, connect with partner companies facilitated by Newto Training for potential employment opportunities in the IT sector.
