Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites for network-related tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve network hardware issues
- Support switch replacement and related network activities
- Coordinate with the remote technical/operations team
- Complete assigned tasks according to project requirements

Requirements
- Relevant Network Engineering / Field Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with network equipment
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently on customer sites
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA are an advantage
- Must be available for on-site assignments in Yarmouth
