Job Title: TOC Network Engineer (40 Hours A Week Including Weekend Work)

Benefits

  • Overtime at 1.2x hourly rate
  • Annual performance review

About the Role

Are you a network engineer who loves the premier league football?

A live sports broadcast technology provider is building out a dedicated team to support transmission of a major British football league, working directly on premier league matchday coverage. This is a critical hire with urgency, as the football season is quickly approaching! You will work within a 24/7 technical operations environment covering tier-1 global broadcasts, split across two shift patterns to ensure full matchday coverage.

What's in it for you?

  • Direct involvement in a major, newly won premier league broadcast contract from the outset
  • Deep, hands-on exposure to advanced IP media transport and video encoding platforms in a live, high-profile environment
  • Overtime paid at 1.2x hourly rate
  • No on-call commitment outside of scheduled shifts
  • Structured, shift-based matchday rota (non-overnight) rather than unpredictable reactive hours

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
