Role: Network Infrastructure Manager
Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

We're partnered with a well-established Telecoms & Communications business that's investing heavily in its network infrastructure and technology capabilities. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to lead their infrastructure function and help shape the future of their enterprise network environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll take ownership of the organization's core network infrastructure while leading a team of two Senior Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring the business continues to deliver a secure, resilient, and high-performing technology platform.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive infrastructure strategy, oversee major network and cloud projects, and play a key role in technology planning across the organization. From infrastructure modernization and network optimization to security enhancements and future technology initiatives, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact within a business that continues to invest heavily in IT.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience managing enterprise network infrastructure environments
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Experience managing Network Engineers or Infrastructure Engineers
- Excellent knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN technologies, and network security
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure technologies
- Strong understanding of network resilience, performance optimization, and disaster recovery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects and technology improvements
- Telecoms or Communications industry experience is highly desirable
