Job Title: Network Inventory Support Engineer (Comarch)
Location: Remote (occasional travel to London)
Employment Type: Contract (6 month engagement)
Start Date: Immediate
Industry: IT Services & Consulting (Telecom client)
We're hiring an L2/L3 Support Engineer to join a project team supporting a large-scale Network Inventory & Service Management platform, built on Comarch.
Network Inventory Support Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Providing L2/L3 support across resource inventory, service orchestration, configuration management and data integration
- Troubleshooting physical and logical resource objects — cables, hardware, GIS/address data
- Investigating and resolving service catalogue and service orchestration incidents
- Supporting configuration management across technology domains and connectivity modelling
- Diagnosing and resolving data integration failures (API orchestration between the Common Data Model and the platform)
- Escalating and documenting incidents, root cause analyses and resolution notes
- Liaising with platform vendors and third parties to resolve issues within SLA
- Contributing to knowledge base articles, runbooks and support documentation

Network Inventory Support Engineer – Key Skills Required

- Hands-on experience with Comarch — ideally the Inventory Management Ecosystem, though experience with other Comarch modules considered
- Background in network inventory, OSS or service management platforms, ideally for a telecom or fibre/broadband operator
- Strong incident diagnosis and troubleshooting skills, comfortable working to SLAs
- Experience with API/data integration troubleshooting
- Based in or able to commute to London for occasional on-site work
