Network Manager

UK Remote

We're partnering with an innovative, high-growth fintech to appoint an experienced Network Manager who will play a key role in shaping and leading their global network engineering function.

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling technology business at an exciting stage of its growth journey. The organisation is investing heavily in its Technical Operations capability, creating an environment where talented engineers and leaders can make a genuine impact on infrastructure strategy, resilience, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will join a business that values ownership, innovation, and collaboration, where empowered teams are trusted to solve complex challenges, drive meaningful outcomes, and continuously improve the technology that underpins critical payment services.

Operating in a highly available 24/7 environment, you will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure while helping to shape the future direction of the wider Technical Operations organisation.

The Role

As Network Manager, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, security, and scalability of the organisation's network estate. You'll provide technical leadership across architecture, design, implementation, support, and operational management while developing and mentoring a team of network engineers.

This is a true player-coach position, requiring someone who enjoys leading people while maintaining close involvement in technical decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
