NOC Engineer | London | £35,000 - £42,000 | Hybrid | Shift Pattern | MSP

Are you looking to join a technical team full of driven and passionate people? Are you looking to work with cutting-edge technology?

We are working with a high-performance MSP to appoint a new NOC Engineer into a very hands-on customer-focused technical team. You will provide Network Support while performing maintenance, monitoring, and testing to maintain network uptime. You will be trained within a multi-vendor environment supporting both R&S and firewall solutions for a range of clients.

Upon your first day, you will be enrolled into their L&D program which has an excellent reputation within the industry.

You will need:

  • CCNP or JNCIP
  • Experience within a helpdesk or NOC
  • Firewall knowledge
  • Experience configuring and supporting OSPF and BGP
  • Understanding of MPLS including VPLS and VLL
  • Practical understanding of layer 2 segmentation (VLAN, PVLAN, QinQ)
  • Understanding of fibre connectivity and technologies
