About the Role

As NOC Engineer, you'll be the first line of technical response for infrastructure alerts and incidents across a live AI/GPU estate, monitoring, triaging, and coordinating fixes with engineering and field teams.

Requirements

  • Background in NOC/infrastructure support is essential
  • Excellent Linux knowledge
  • Experience of ITSM tooling such as HaloITSM, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, FreshService or similar
  • Comfortable working 24x7 shifts
  • Previous Data-centre experience would be beneficial

Location

Whilst this role is fully remote initially candidates must live within a 60 mile radius of Bristol or Newport as the role will be located there longer term.
