About the Job
WWT EMEA has an opportunity for Experienced network operations professional with a strong track record supporting and optimizing enterprise and data center networks. Skilled in rapid incident response, root-cause troubleshooting across switching-to-application-layer and maintaining service stability in complex, regulated environments. Works closely with engineering, security, and business teams to keep network services secure, resilient, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end incident response for enterprise and data center networks — diagnosing, resolving, and driving permanent fixes for complex routing, switching, firewall, and ACI issues
- Continuously tune monitoring, alerting, and automation to catch performance and capacity issues before they impact service
- Plan and execute network and firewall changes with proper risk assessment and rollback safeguards, while governing ACI and firewall policy configurations
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering, security, and vendor teams — validating new designs, closing security gaps, and resolving escalations
- Keep runbooks, diagrams, and incident records audit-ready to meet compliance standards in regulated industries
Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years supporting large-scale enterprise/data center networks with increasing responsibility
- Strong troubleshooting across L2–L7, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, and WAN routing
- Hands-on Cisco ACI experience (tenants, policies, APIC administration, fault analysis)
- Hands-on Palo Alto (security policies, NAT, App-ID, Panorama) and Fortinet (policy config, VPNs, SD-WAN, FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer) experience
- Experience with spine-leaf architectures, HA designs, and MPLS/SD-WAN/hybrid WAN connectivity
- Automation skills using Python and Ansible (log parsing, API-driven validation, health checks, workflow automation)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environment support
- Knowledge of security practices: segmentation, Zero Trust, access control, encryption
- Experience in regulated industries with audit and change governance familiarity
- Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management
