Salary: £26,228 to £29,368

Role Overview

The Croudie Network is Croud's global community of more than 2,900 on-demand digital marketing specialists, providing flexible access to expert talent across 118 markets and 86 languages. Fully vetted and seamlessly connected with Croud's in-house teams, Croudies deliver specialist skills, local market insights, and scalable support that helps clients achieve better results while enabling Croud to offer strategic, always-on digital marketing services.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support in managing the Croudie Network across Croud and Born Social. This includes tasks such as documentation and monitoring of processes, reporting, and freelance recruitment.


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Management
    • Manage the Croudie and UCG Creators (Born Social) recruitment pipeline, including sourcing, initial outreach, and booking/conducting onboarding calls.
    • Administer the full Croudie onboarding/offboarding process.
    • Process and review all onboarding documentation, including but not limited to: Account setup forms, CV/portfolio review, ID review, onboarding assessment review.
    • Manage the onboarding cycle clean up/admin.

  • Network Support and Maintenance

    • Provide Network support, including Croudie support ticket management & escalation and access support.
    • Own and administer the Croudie Network monthly newsletter.
    • Manage Network housekeeping by checking and processing offboarding.
    • Manage Croudie data compliance, including monthly Croudie anonymisation and ad hoc Croudie data deletion.
    • Support the Network Team members on ad hoc requests.
  • Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation

    • Conduct onboarding process monitoring and reporting.
    • Monitor new onboarded Croudie usage and analyze overall Croudie usage and efficiency.
    • Support the implementation of new task templates.
    • Maintain and update process guides.

Person Specification

  • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Natural problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment
  • Recruitment background (not required but highly desirable)

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
